Is this product rechargeable?

Yes. The cleaning brush is USB rechargeable and cordless, allowing convenient use without wires.

Can I use it in wet areas like bathrooms?

Yes. The product has a water-resistant design and is suitable for use in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. It should not be fully submerged in water.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE.
A service fee of AED 13 applies to COD orders.

Which payment method is faster?

Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched faster.
Cash on Delivery orders may require additional confirmation before shipment.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are delivered within 5–10 working days across the UAE.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

No. Currently, we deliver within the UAE only.

What is your return or replacement policy?

We offer replacement only in case of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

How are COD refunds handled?

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.

What happens if a COD order is refused?

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
